"Universiade Bravo Sports Train" Launches on Taipei Metro Tamsui-Xinyi Line

"Universiade Bravo Sports Train" Launches on Taipei Metro Tamsui-Xinyi Line

The "Universiade Bravo Sports Train" has now launched on Tamsui-Xinyi Line!

Following the success of the family areas on Songshan-Xindian Line, which were introduced in late 2015 and received wide praises from the public, family areas are now being introduced on Tamsui-Xinyi Line as well, starting with the Bravo Sports Trains for the Universiade, which can be found on as many as six trains.

Family areas are situated between the 4th door of the third car and the 1st door of the forth car, spanning 24 seats (not including priority seats), and are identifiable by the pink, heart-shaped stickers on the carriage walls. The stickers can also be found on the corresponding platform screen doors for easy recognition.

The notion of the family area is the same as that of priority seats and elevators, namely to encourage courtesy and consideration. We welcome everyone to make use of this area.

In addition, one of the family areas on Tamsui-Xinyi Line will also be transformed into a "Maji Meow family train", which will be followed by a Metro courtesy promotion train and a "fruit and veg train".

In addition to the family areas on Tamsui-Xinyi Line, "cute animals", "fruit and veg" and "eye-protection animals" trains have also been launched on Songshan-Xindian Line late 2015, where your journey is accompanied by lots of cute animals.
