How do I apply for proof of top-up or travel for electronic tickets? How do I check my travel records?

Proof of electronic ticket top-ups:
You may ask station staff to give you a proof when you top up your electronic ticket at any Metro station. Proof can also be requested retrospectively for previous top-ups from customer service.

Proof of payment for Metro journeys made on electronic tickets:
1. Records of the last six electronic ticket transactions can be obtained from Metro station staff.
2. You can find the records of all Metro journeys made on your electronic ticket within the last three days to three months on the Metro website (https://www.metro.taipei/News.aspx?n=8F165F38B51F7E06&sms=AC3BB5CD01A89DDC; Chinese only). You can also print out these records for reference.
3. To obtain a proof of a journey or journeys more than three months, please contact the customer service line of your electronic ticket.

Records of Metro journeys made on electronic ticket:
1. Records of the last six electronic ticket transactions can be obtained from the ticket readers (EQM) at any Metro station.
2. You can find the records of all Metro journeys made on your electronic ticket within the last three days to three months on the Metro website (https://www.metro.taipei/News.aspx?n=8F165F38B51F7E06&sms=AC3BB5CD01A89DDC; Chinese only).
3. For records of journeys made more than three months ago, please contact the customer service line of your electronic ticket.
