Since 2018, Taipei Metro's customer satisfaction rate has exceeded 96% for seven consecutive years, achieving a "zero negative feedback" record. For commissioned businesses, satisfaction rates in 2024 all exceeded 90%, with overall satisfaction showing an upward trend from 2022 to 2024.
