1. Download the One-Day Pass Bulk Purchase Form from our official website. Fill it out and fax it to +886-2-25239284 (Customer Service Center), or call our 24-hour Customer Service Line on +886-2-218-12345.
2. Contact the retailer directly if you need a refund. No individual refunds can be made at Metro stations

2. 24/48/72hr Taipei Metro Pass: You can choose when to activate the pass. Once activated by scanning at the gates, it is valid for unlimited travel for 24/48/72 hours. Valid for one passenger at a time only.
