Organization & Duties

The Boards of Directors and Supervisors of the TRTC are established according to the Company Act. The Board of Directors is convened by the Chairman, with the Chief Secretary responsible for all meeting affairs, and the Audit Office in charge of organizational auditing work.

The President and Vice Presidents are authorized by the Board of Directors to oversee 17 operating units, i.e. the Planning, Station Operations, Train Operations, Rolling Stock, System Engineering, Station Engineering, Infrastructure, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Purchasing and Warehousing, Industrial Safety, Contracted Business, and Administration, Accounting, and Legal Affairs and Government Ethics Divisions.
