- medium-sized pet strollers (the sum of the length, width, and height is less than 175 cm) may travel by metro as per carry-on luggage regulations and may enter/exit from any station during service hours without having to purchase the Single-Journey Ticket for Pet Strollers.
- During weekends/holidays (all day) and weekdays (10:00-16:00, 22:00 to the end of service.), passengers with large-sized pet strollers (of which the sum of the length, width, and height is between 176- 220 cm) may enter/exit from Tamsui-Xinyi Line stations (excluding Taipei Main Station and Daan Station), Songshan-Xindian Line stations (excluding Nanjing Fuxing Station), Zhonghe-Xinlu Line stations (excluding Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station); and Bannan Line stations (excluding Zhongxiao Fuxing, Zhongxiao Xinsheng, and Taipei Main Station). Access for these passengers is prohibited for all other stations.
- Passengers with large-sized pet strollers are required to purchase a Single-Journey Ticket for Pet Strollers at information counters, which costs NT$80 for one trip of unlimited distance for a single passenger and pet stroller. Service staff shall guide the passenger to enter and exit the station through the Group Ticket/One-day Pass Entrance/Exit.
