The Boards of Directors and Supervisors of the TRTC are established according to the Company Act. The Board of Directors is convened by the Chairman, with the Chief Secretary responsible for all meeting affairs, and the Audit Office in charge of organizational auditing work.

The President is authorized by the Board of Directors to oversee 19 operating units, i.e. the Corporate Planning, Station Operations, Train Operations, Rolling Stock, System Engineering, Station Engineering, Infrastructure, Finance, Commercial Development, Information Technology, Human Resources, Purchasing and Warehousing, Industrial Safety, Leisure Tourism Business, Administration, Accounting, Legal Affairs and Government Ethics, Circular Line Operations and Lifestyle Business Divisions.
