The Boards of Directors and Supervisors of the TRTC are established according to the Company Act. The Board of Directors is convened by the Chairman, with the Chief Secretary responsible for all meeting affairs, and the Audit Office in charge of organizational auditing work.
The President is authorized by the Board of Directors. The operating units include the Corporate Planning, Station Operations, Train Operations, Rolling Stock, Operations Engineering, Station Engineering, Infrastructure, Finance, Commercial Development, Digital Development, Human Resources, Purchasing and Warehousing, Industrial Safety, Public Affairs, Accounting, Civil Service Ethics ,and Lifestyle Business Divisions.
